It’s not always easy to get motivated to move, particularly if you are in the midst of treatment and feeling pretty ordinary.  But it has been proven that exercise, in any form, improves your recovery and if nothing more, does wonders for your mental health. With the option of exercising from your own home, or from Bel’s studio in Pitt Town, Bel will meet with you and get an understanding of what you are trying to achieve and establish a plan to help you get there. You can then choose to have regular sessions to keep you accountable. And it doesn’t have to be anything strenuous or difficult, sometimes just having somebody to go for a walk with is all you need to get you out of a rut.  Bel is a qualified personal trainer and is committed to offering a gentle and nurturing service that will get you the results you need.

Meet Bel

Bel has been working in the fitness industry for 6 years in a variety of gyms and studios both in group training and one on one PT training with a focus on Women’s Health and Fitness.

Bel’s very passionate about the needs of women and loves to help others find confidence and joy in moving theirs bodies and being the best version of themselves.

Bel believes a life of health, wellness and fitness comes from not only the physical but a positive and resilient mindset.

As a busy Mum of 3 Bel has always found training to be one of her greatest focuses for her own self-care and enjoys a variety of fitness activities including running, boxing, weight training, obstacle course racing, bootcamps and trail running.

Her greatness fitness achievement was completing the North Face 50km trail run through the Blue Mountains which tested her grit and determination.
